this looks good, but i kinda wish they didn't bother making a movie of this. the book is too good, how could they do it justice? it's not like twilight or harry potter where they take teenie crap and make more teenie crap. this was a BEAUTIFUL book.

and blah, i can't stand emma watson.

I can agree with you on Twilight being teenie crap. But HP? When was Harry Potter teenie crap? My PARENTS like Harry Potter. TONS of older people like Harry Potter.

You never know, the movie could turn out to be good. Don't be a pessimist.

Harry Potter appeals to a broader audience than Twilight. Both book series became good movie series for different reasons and different people. But that's not the point: it's kind of sad that someone would admit they find this movie to seem good, but then say they wish it wasn't made. Way to bite the hand that feeds you -____-

I assume that's because the book was set in the early 90s

I loved the book.
The movie should be as good since the author
wrote the screenplay and directed it.

harry potter is a teenie crap? oh my god you must be joking.. harry potter was probably the best book that turned into a movie, and it is noway near teenie crap, maybe twilight a bit, but not harry potter, it's legendary.

i don't understand planet earth anymore.
