Lindsay and the truck driver were not under the influence of alcohol, the Porsche she was driving was a rental. Both Lindsay and her assistant were bleeding and bruised, but they were conscious after the accident. She claims the 18-wheeler cut her off.

There were rumors she died because of the crash. Would've made sense (or been a huge coincidence) that ABC Family is doing a Lindsay Lohan double feature.

It's a possibility, you don't know. However, there have been too many "unfortunate events" where Lindsay Lohan is concerned. She could've inspired the series herself at this point.

We don't know Raven is a lesbian, as she's never said she is, and I don't believe Lindsay is bi. I think she's straight, and she only had feelings for one specific girl, Samantha.

I hope the treatment worked this time so she can do more movies. I wouldn't mind stanning her again if she was a mess anymore.
Niley fans are ridiculous, still talking about their relationship of five years ago when they were 14. They were kids people, their relationship never worked out. Miley is engaged to a guy and she's never getting back with her ex of when she was 14. Lol
And the people saying Liam has a better career and is richer than Nick make me laugh. Liam's biggest movie was the Hunger Games and he was in it for 5 minutes, he didn't create much buzz, it was all about Jen and Josh. And he's also not a millionaire yet. So people please, I don't even know why compare them. If people were comparing me to my 14 year olds ex current girlfriend I'd be annoyed.

She's gained weight, and my dad said that's a definite sign that, at the very least, she's off coke. Good for her. I hope everything else goes as well for her, but I think a quiet life in the suburbs of Long Island is right where she needs to be. Hollywood is way too much for her, and she shouldn't put herself in opportunities to meet temptation.

Ouch, that is really gonna...her pocketbook; especially if she's found at fault. Rental cars not only nail you for the replacement value of the car, but the loss of income they could have gotten from the car that they no longer get for the period that the car is not available. There goes her Liz Taylor paycheck. I'll bet there will be another driver posting a video or picture of Lindsay talking on her cell phone or texting.
