i don't care how much you say Joe is a terrible person. this video proves that he is soooooo sweet! people forget that Joe has always done stuff for charity (iWin, and now this), and i find it beautiful and inspiring. i thought it was truly touching how he gave her an autographed page of WYLMITE.

i know for a fact she was an actual winner and not an actress. I was there the day that they were filming and she was very awkward around the camera and genuinely had no idea about any of that happening. Dont spread around stuff that you truly have no valid evidence to back it up with. Real mature...

Wish the boys had spoken out about their Dad and how great he is so much earlier. I have read so much hatred and crap about Papa Jonas on this site and others over the years. He was always very accessible to the fans especially early days when it was much easier to meet the guys and their Dad. He always seemed a loving and genuine guy who did not deserve all the negative comments. Lovely family.

I agree with this. I don't understand why people feel the need to express hate to this man who did a wonderful job at raising and fathering our amazing guys. He did everything he could for his family, sacrificed a lot, and appreciated the fans by helping them out with concert deals and meet and greets. He kept the boys out controversial issues and always seems to be a nice, genuine man. The supposed "fans" who spew hate at him, honestly don't know what they're talking about, and just want to find failure in anything that has to do with the Jonas Family. He is not manipulative and didn't push his sons into doing anything they didn't want to. Nick, Joe, and Kevin have genuinely confessed their die-hard passion and devotion to music. They are the ones that told about their purity rings when they could have lied and said that they were just fashionable jewelry. Everyone is making it seem like Papa Jonas forced the guys into being famous and preaching about the purity rings, when, in all seriousness, he is the reason why our guys are gentlemen and have good morals, and have at least waited until they were of proper age to encounter in adult things/activities. He was the man that gave them the advice to stay grounded, instead of letting them run around all conceited and out of control.

saying this thing is staged? Wow why is it hard for some people to actually believe that there are good people in this world. This thing actually brought tears to my eyes. Joe is such a sweetheart and I'm glad he got to hear how their music can help people out of dark spots in their lives. People quit hating and saying negative things about the Jonas Brothers all the time.
And Papa Jonas deserved this award! He raised four incredible boys. Love the whole Jonas family.
