Because her beauty and "perfection" is what many of them love the most about her. In their eyes if she doesn't has a slim figure then she isn't perfect anymore.

Well, I hope her "fans" get out of this close-minded, superficial, "skinny is pretty; big is ugly" thinking that they have. Why does she have to be skinny to be perfect? That's really sad that people will think less of her if she starts to gain more weight. There is nothing wrong with having curves or some meat on your bones. It's the healthy way to go. She shouldn't have to starve herself just to be accepted by a bunch of brainless, superficial little girls.
