Hooters is just a restaurant with really good food. Going there isn't even that big of a deal. A lot of my friends have souvenir shirts from there. I don't even think anything of it. Sure, pervy guys probably go there and the girls could do with some more modest clothing (not to judge them, but I just think the concept behind it is wrong and the women who work there are treated objectively) but the food is amazing.
