The problem with this is, if this album does not perform better than CBT then the Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana stigma will be very prominent. People will be saying that it was not Miley Cyrus, but Disney who created a superstar. Now I know she has enough money for ten lifetimes, but this will be hard for her to deal with. No I am not hating here I am just being realistic. I love Miley for most of what she does.

Really doesn't matter. They're the same person with a different hair color. But i was saying that because Hannah is over and Miley needs to have that high level of success with her own records now on for her career. Hannah was clearly more popular tho - because all the merchandising you can't deny that. Miley can make meaningful songs so that's why her crew shed the Disney image so she could be able to make it big as an adult - but imo they do it all wrong.

I don't think it'll be as attached to her as you say. They'll definitely be some references, but I feel it'll be the same as Hilary Duff with Lizzie McGuire. She'll always be remembered for it, but she was able to move forward and at least create her own person/name away from Lizzie.

Well, she, herself, knows that her acting needs improving, which is probably why she's doing these obscure movies. If she did something like, let's just say, "The Hunger Games," there would be an insane amount of pressure to do well, and if she didn't, she would be ripped to shreds. Doing low-key movies to improve is a smart move. However, I agree; I prefer her sticking to a singing career. She's a natural performer, so her tours are always great and go with a singing career. I think she just has fun with acting, but she doesn't wanna live with the fact that she left it being "mediocre" and wants to at least try to be better. It's good that she does one thing at a time. You can give one thing 100% when you do that, unlike other artists, who try to do it all at once and end up giving neither anywhere close to 100%, ya know? I think she's got a good head on her shoulders to make smart business decisions.

1. Hollywood Records was a bitch and focused more in promote other acts

Katy's songs are catchy, but she also has fiesty girl power charisma, and that "I may wear heels and look pretty, but I can kick your ass if you mess with me" attitude. She's a good artist and a great performer.
"Together" was nice, but Demi would have to sell that with a charity story to make it work as a single. As sad as it is, no one cares about a "let's make the world a better place, guys!" song. They want to hear love and heartbreak, and drama.

Debuted to the number 3 and sold 1.5 million copies worldwide till hte last year. She can have a number one album (she has done that 4 times already) and she can sold more than that (she has sold 4x times than that) but it's ok i think it will be a highly succesful albums cuz all the fans who were used to have two cds per year had to wait and i bet they all really excited. If he wasn't happy, he would've broken up with her. Clearly he was happy, so he stayed. You don't stay in relationships you're not happy with. And he and Delta broke up when she went to Australia. A 16-hour flight difference would reasonably call for a break-up when you're going to be apart for so long. You can't say "if they were so in love, they wouldn't have broken up" because sometimes things are against you, and not every relationship ends because feelings have changed. You clearly have never been in a real relationship with love if you believe that.
