She loses weight so she's automatically anorexic? No. To be honest, she's just lost some excess weight and toned up. That doesn't make her anorexic. She's always at pilates or something, plus the other day she tweeted about gluten free foods. She's just being more conscious about what goes into her body, and eating clean. You can look at her body and tell that she isn't just skinny, in her bikini pictures there is definition. Sure maybe she could gain about 5 lbs, but Miley definitely doesn't strike me as a person with anorexia or another eating disorder. She's being healthy from what I've observed, and there is definitely a difference. When someone in Hollywood loses weight everyone automatically assumes they have an eating disorder. Just because some have does not mean all do.
