it's not necessarily a diet. some people need to eat gluten free food because their bodies can't digest gluten. She really should only be eating gluten free foods if she is either gluten intolerant or she has celiac disease. it's not really considered a healthy diet.

she has been doing charity work, and you never thought that the reason miley is not working is because she is exiting out of hollywood records, they have her contract on hold to promote selena because they know miley will beat selena in everything, why you think miley is getting new management and new record label but she can't do it until disney let her go, why you think it was is not because she don't want to work is because she is being held against her will until all negotiations are over!

I've actually heard that cutting out gluten gives you more energy. It's not exactly a diet (although it cuts out some major calories so obvi. there is weight loss attached if you suddenly cut it out) but it's not really unhealthy for you either
