I LOVE Khloe. Probably the realest sister. My church has never tried to put that into people's heads. I think a lot has gotten lost in translations with teachings of the Bible. I was taught that all sins are equal, like lying and being gay are equal sins. (Though I don't think killing someone is an equal sin of course.) I know you aren't a Christian, so this doesn't mean much; I'm just generally speaking. But I think the Bible says that acting upon being gay is an abomination, not actually being gay. Because I'm one of those people who believe that gay people are born gay and don't chose it. I remember when this girl on twitter was talking about gays were disgusting and I seriously just tried to calmly explain how that God doesn't hate gays like she claims. I live in the Bible Belt so I have tons of lunatics claiming to be Christians but don't act like it at all. My church isn't very luxurious, in fact it's an old dealership place that they turned into a church, most that they reconstructed with their own hands. It's very hands on in that respect. They do a lot of mission trips. Luxurious churches anger me, they take away from the true meaning. To those who believe in God: He doesn't care where you are worshiping, it doesn't make a difference. People who think they are Christians yet hate gays and don't act and live loving and helping others, aren't true Christians in my eyes. They are taking scriptures in the Bible too literally, yet forgetting all the things they are supposed to do; like love everyone, etc. I am pretty open minded when it comes to religion though, I research and look in to other ones and do not dislike those who don't believe the things the stuff I do. I embrace them. I wish more people could be like that. I don't consider myself extremely religious, I am definitely more spiritual than anything. And I think that separation with religion does create a lot of the problems with the world today, but I also know that you can not take away religion from everyone, it just simply will never happen.
