Demi was the one that told Joe: "We are perfect for eachother so what are you gonna do?" and Joe had to think about it, he didn't want to hurt Demi and she's not ugly girl so he said Yes. SHe was the one that practically asked the question to Joe.
And she was the one that said in a radio interview that they were dating.
Demi knew Camilla had broken Joe's heart and she still started to date him like 3 months after they break up. Besides her eating disorder, cuttin and stuffs where problems she had way back then before they started dating.
