In Touch claimed Amanda Bynes, 26, paraded around a New York City tanning salon recently wearing nothing but her goggles. She looked 'painfully thin and she seemed totally out of it. [She] didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked.' Employee: 'Amanda comes in frequently and is always polite.

I don't know what happened, either. We never heard anything about her, and then all of a sudden, she's all over the place.
