Something is definitely going on with her as of lately.. I really do hope she's not pregnant but pregnant people don't go through the emergency facility just to see their doctor unless they're giving birth. She clearly isn't giving birth so that rules the pregnant theory out. She probably was just visiting someone.

I was skinny for a very long time and ate whatever the hell I wanted without gaining nothing. But right around 21 it changed, it was like everything I ate before was catching up to me. Most people call it "my women" body so that's how I see it with Selena. She's a women now and she's made it very clear that she doesn't exercise and still eats what she wants. I think it's catching up with her.

Because when your a teen you can eat whatever the hell you want and do nothing active and still be thin since your metabolism is super fast. But when girls hit like 19-20 then your screwed and it all starts to add on and your body shape goes all crazy, face gets fuller....its called getting the shit end of the stick for being a woman

She's been looking sad for awhile now.
here's my theory:
after the split, she decided that the backlash was too much, so she tried to bury the conflict by spending super amounts of time with him, even staying over at his hotel several days.
once everything was repaired with him, she turns up at the ama after party, because it's ok for her to be seen with him, and I guess she wants to just pretend it didn't happen.
she'll now just let things continue as they were until she knows how to break up.
this hospital appointment was something unexpected, maybe related to her mom. (just to try to fit that in)
