1. It's a comedy.
2. She has real movies and successes, actually. But she hasn't made a lot of characters during her career, so this it's not surprising. It's a funny recurrent role.

no, sitcoms are not about being over the top with the acting and face gestures. The girl cant act. It was like watching Hannah Montana on coke. & the hair doesnt help her character at all. Miley, just stick to 'doing music' please.

It's not that she can't act, she did fine in lol and the last song. I just don't think she should be doing comedys. I watched Hannah Montanna from start to finish and I think the truth is that she just isn't that funny when it comes to comedy. Plus it really doesn't help that she's basically playing Hannah Montanna in this roll they gave her. If she decides to act more I wish her luck, they should just be dramatic rolls instead.
