Directioners and Beliebers have been battling on Twitter heavily this week. 1D fans are upset about strangely identical lyrics of Bieber's new duet with Carly Rae Jespen to the message in One Direction's smash hit, What Makes You Beautiful. It also bears a huge resemblance to Ed Sheeran's Wake Me Up.

What is the big fight about? As you can see, Justin tweeted those lyrics to the song on July, 2011, before 1D's song even came out! and god forbid, another song might have the word beautiful in it! this is the funniest shit i have ever seen!! And 1d fans call Bieber fans immature! The proof is right there on the date those lyrics were tweeted, what do 1D fans have to say now? And i dont even hate 1D, but come on, this is getting ridiculous now!

He never tweeted anything related to the boys, He just tweeted the link to vote for him, which 1D did as well!! And if you are talking about rigging of the votes, thats a problem he had with MTV, not 1D.. You dont think MTV knew what they were doing by making this vote all about Bieber vs. 1D? and their plan worked, MTV is being talked about more than they ever had before, thats for sure! It was never Bieber hating on 1D, it was just Bieber questioning MTV about how the votes are counted, since MTV have been called out before for rigging their votes, especially for the MTV Movie Awards!

- Demi Lovato will get a REAL rehab and will have a great low-profile singing career.
- Selena Gomez probably will be a Hilary Duff type of actress once she breaks with Biebs or who knows, A decent popstar.
- Miley Cyrus is most likely to have a Pink kind of career with music as her top act.

Why do you think the other nominees aren't as popular as 1D and Justin. If MTV wanted fair competition and not drama, then Katy Perry and Rihanna would've been nominated cause they have a large twitter fan base that can out vote 1D.

The only reason people are voting for 1D is because Justin sucks and 1D is a little bit less annoying than Justin. If there was a "who cares" choice most people would pick that. How did I even find them hot. Unlike with the Jonas where they actually went from boys to men and I still find them hot. The One Direction guys are a manufactured boyband that gets songs written for them, none of them play instruments except Niall or write their own songs and I'm sure that even if they did write their songs as a group the lyrics would be no better than Baby Baby by Bieber. In one or two years another act will take the place of One Direction and the cycle will continue. Because Boybands don't last forever unless they are The Beatles etc

Im ngl i enjoy Bieber's music since her first album even though his music may not be the best. So I get how he got famous because his music is catchy, however I do not get how people find him HOT I don't want to be mean but lol his body looks like he's still 12 and he's so baby faced. It might be attractive when you're really young like 12 though.
One Direction - I like two songs of them, the rest are really meh. Their singing is average and they're not musicians either. At least I like Bieber's music it's so catchy AND he plays intruments. I don't find them hot either. I think Zayn is the most attractive and he's still not really attractive to me. I don't know why Harry gets so many girls drooling over him, he's so average looking. Louis is so fug and so is Niall. Liam is okay sometimes.
