Miley was standing front row when the 'world's oldest female stripper' worked the crowd. Miley was named a suspect in a criminal battery after an alleged fight that nigh between Miley, Liam Hemsworth and another man in the theater. Miley denies hitting anyone and several witnesses say the same.

Jason Luis Rivera pleaded not guilty to invading Miley's property with scissors. LA City Attorney spokesperson Frank Mateljan told E! News that Rivera was arrested on Saturday for trespassing on the front lawn of Cyrus' home: 'We charged Rivera today with two counts of trespass PC 602m and PC 602k. Additionally, Rivera ran from the police and we charged on count of PC 148a1.'
Rivera hopped the fence at about 4:10 AM. early Saturday morning. Thansfully sex Miley was not at home, but someone else was and called the authorities. 'He thinks they were married. And I would say delusional is a good characterization of him.' Rivera's bail is currently set at $100,000.

LOL... I love how people take situations so far out of context and try to twist the story to make it seem as though something is seriously wrong. (Sarcasm)
Miley was at Beachers Madhouse, where midgets dress up as Nicki Minaj, and Obese men dress up as women... Obviously her and the other 50 people in this picture were watching, and probably laughing at, whatever tom-foolery was going on on stage.
However, this "club fight" didn't happen. Not only has there been multiple witnesses confirming that, but the only person who thinks it did happen is the guy who tried to file for assault after being the one to get kicked out of the club.
Miley is perfectly fine, and yes she does seem really happy these days. It's probably because she is, despite people like OU and the other tabloids trying to take that happiness from her. Stay pressed.

They do not want people to know that you can go against the social norms and do as you please and still be happy and level headed. The media gulps up anything to further oppress, criticize, and ostracize sub-cultures in America, it makes me sick.
