None of the Jonas Brothers are 5 ft 9. If you met them in person (and they are wearing sneakers) you would see that Nick and Joe are between 5 ft 7 and 5 ft 8. Joe's slightly taller than Nick, but not by much. Kevin has now said 2x (again, just recently) that Joe is the tallest, but that Nick is just about the same height.
