LOL I know this site is biased, but Miley winning this made me laugh out loud. Kylie's about A GAZILLION times better looking than Miley. Kylie's got a killer body and a beautiful face. Miley is cute, but looks like any other random teen.
The only reason Miley can win this is because people don't know who Kylie is. Google her. She's way better looking. That is all.

If she knows so much about fashion, how come she always looks and dresses HORRIBLE!? Just sayin'! She's funny, but her fashion sense sucks and her Fashion Police show is more of a comedy than an actual fashion show...

Kylie's better looking for sure. She has a hot, high fashion look. She'd win this battle in a garbage bag! Miley's more of a cutesy, goofy girl...even with that hairstyle. It's why she does comedy so well.
