What? Prince William has been quoted as saying "I will not let Kate suffer like my mother". Everyone is outraged. The Royals have filed a lawsuit amazingly quickly, against the French magazine that published them. All the English newspapers published nothing. It's outrageous and appalling that people would publish them.
They were on a private holiday at a family member's house in a private residence. You have to remember Kate Middleton was not brought up as a royal, just a normal english girl doing normal things. They thought they were alone. They have good enough security so it was right for them to think they could relax for just a second.

I think you guys are missing a slight point. There is this image that girls grow up with which is princess are perfect in every way. Ever heard of nude beaches? Nudity isn't a huge deal in certain parts of the world-including public nudity. Also,she's a Duchess not a Princess and she was on a private vacation.
