I work in a professional music studio. We use Autotune and Melodyne (a more sophisticated pitch corrector) with many clients.
Anyone at all familiar with using Autotune can hear within 5 seconds that she uses Autotune.
Her PR person should have told her to just ignore the issue, rather then lie about something so obvious.
As an audio engineer who works in a professional recording studio who uses Autotune clients, I can tell you she definitely uses Autotune. It is very, very obvious in her songs.

She doesn't use auto-tune live. We know she does in the the studio, everybody does. But live, she doesn't. You can tell because, she hits wrong notes sometimes, and there aren't any changes to her voice when she sings live.
