Miley Cyrus Cleared Of Criminal Battery
Miley Cyrus has been cleared of criminal battery at Beacher's Madhouse theater in Hollywood last weekend, reports TMZ. Video surveillance has been turned over to cops, but the investigation continues. Police have interviewed both Miley and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, about the incident last Saturday night, when Miley allegedly punched another clubgoer in the face.
The alleged victim filed a police report early Sunday morning, claiming Miley punched him while trying to break up a fight between Liam and him. Miley and Liam were interviewed separately.. and both told detectives the fight started after the other guy repeatedly bumped into Liam's chair.. but both insisted Miley never punched him. It's 'almost certain' no charges will be filed against Miley.
Uh oh, no one better have fun at a club and accidentally bump into King Liam's chair or there will be hell to pay! They only went after Miley because she has more $$$

Amazing how quick the cops investigated this incident in talking to the Miley and Hemsworth, yet they still haven't been able to talk to Bieber about his run in with the paparazzi. I guess Bieber didn't grease the right hand; probably because his right hand is always busy in his pants. heh, heh.

As for the Bieber incident no video or pictures were taken at the time of the alleged assault. So police need to question all witnesses and hand it to the prosecutors.

Because you dumb ass "Famous" people do it and get away with what ever the hell they want and then people in the "normal world do it and they get a huge deal made out of it and it does effect us.
The reason Miley seems to get away with everything is because she hasn't done anything go get away with. Nothing she has done has been illegal. You make not like it, you may not like the explainations, but in the end, it doesn't matter what you like. Famous people, many who have a lot more money and influence that Miley, who break the law do get in trouble all the time. Maybe they aren't punished as bad as a normal person, but they still get in trouble. I'm sure if and when, Miley ever does something illegal, she will get in trouble. In the mean time she innocent till proven guilty, and so far there hasn't been anything to find.
