let me tell you a story about how i came to realize that i had been HAD.

so the other day, i was in my little sister's room as she was getting dressed for school in the morning. she likes to play radio disney during this time, and well, who was i to tell her to turn that shit off?

anyways. all of a sudden, it hits me why exactly a small piece of my soul felt like it was being farted on... selena gomez' basic bitch anthem was playing!!!

man, at this point, i pivot on my heels to make a stealth exit, but before i could get out the door.... I HEAR IT. the words:

"who says? who says you're not perfect? who says you're not worth it?"

i nearly.... i nearly CHOKED. because don't you know i have a favorite song on justin's album by the name of "right here" and fuck me in the ass, THOSE LYRICS WERE LIFTED STRAIGHT OFF OF "WHO SAYS". THE FUUUUCCKKKK?!?!?!?!?!

"I can make you feel PERFECT, girl, you're WORTH IT. i just need to see you work it, girl"

OH HEELLLLLLLLLLLL NO. you mean to tell me, allllllll this damn time, i been RIDING OUT to this song, and all along, it was tainted with a direct selena gomez reference?!?!?! did you really fucking PLAY me like that? have i sincerely been PUNKED the fuck out? like a damn SUCKA???? i mean, i been had that song on repeat for MONTHS now. months, i tell you. and you may be wondering how if what i'm saying is true, did i not notice before motherfucking september.

well, obviously i don't ever listen to a selena gomez record of my own free will, and am always willing to go the extra mile to avoid so much as even laying eyes on her image (reason number 155 why i detest those staged ass "candids". BYE.), so CLEARLY, i didnt memorize how her little song went.

needless to say, i promptly hopped in my vehicle, ejected "believe" and put my default "the essential michael jackson" cd back the fuck in. and then, went BACK in the house, opened my itunes and deleted the shit out of "right here". GONE. do you hear? FINITO.

i could handle that shit "be alright" because i never fucked with it to begin with. but really? "right here"? smh. i cannot RECALL the last time i felt so damn BETRAYED. how you just gon take my favorite song from me like that? just snatch it straight out of my life?

i'm half tempted to go youtube some more of these selena gomez "songs" just to find out if i have any more DELETING to do. but then again, i'm scared i might end up with no more songs under the believe file, and what a tragedy that would be. i cant even believe i forsaked my covenant with myself to not purchase anything else bieber-related until after this showmance from hades was over, ended up actually BUYING THE DAMN THING AT MIDNIGHT, and THIS is what i receive... the worst part of all was how i was beyond caught off guard, to say the least.
