Are you serious? Justin doesn't have a "bad image" that he needed to cover up. He doesn't need anyone to cover up a bad image. If he wanted to do that, his management would probably have staged the whole thing and used a girl who never had cancer and who was gonna live long so they could protect his "bad image."
