Western countries REALLY do need to educate themselves before they say anything about Africa!! Happiness doesn’t have a price, just remember that :) if you want to criticize the people who made this video, why don’t you lift your ass from the seat and go to Ghana to help them!

And ? rofl why do you assume that anyone from africa lives under a rock ?

Most people in the Western world see Africa as a place without any technology and internet.

Why would this bitch teach them that song? How about instead of teaching them these crappy pop music, give them food, clothes and shelter! I bet they get a fucking laugh out of this. This is ridiculous.

It’s actually to bring a bit of cheer. They’re children you know and they’re in homes so they have shelter and food, probably not as lavish as the average child would but they’re happy and they aren’t complaining. Regardless, they are children, so I don’t see how she’s a bitch for singing songs with them. I’m also positive that she is in no position to bring gifts of food, clothes and shelter. She’s being a steward and bringing a bit of cheer to children. And I think that’s quite commendable. All they need is a bit of attention you know, just like any other child

    And that’s sad.

Actually, we did bring them food and clothes, and spent a month taking care of them and teaching them english, math, and other skills like tooth brushing. When you don’t know something, shut up and don’t post your ignorant opinions…thanks. Also, were you there to see the joy on their faces every time they begged us to sing the song? I dont think so. Also, instead of criticizing me for not doing enough, why don’t you get your ass up from behind your computer screen and do something about it yourself, instead of criticizing other people. Thanks.

Bitter much? What about you, would you move oyur ass to bring them food, clothes and shelter as a volunteer? No, you wouldn’t. They ARE helping them. What’s so wrong with singing with them and bringing them joy? You’re ridiculous.

You know One Direction is famous not when African kids start singing along to their songs, but when Jamaican children start jamming to it. You don’t know how refreshing it is to hear these children sing something other than vybz kartel, konshens or buju banton (not like 9% of you know who I’m talking about)but still. I go to parties and to clubs and I hear Live While We’re Young and C’mon C’mon and What Makes You Beautiful. It brings tears to my eyes and I’m friggin 21 ! Lol i sound like such a knob.

As for the Afrian children shown in the video, people must remember that 1 visit to Africa and a million dollars later, things will still be the same there. Though it’s a start, many celebrities and normal folk like myself feel that by visiting that by bouncing an african baby on your knee and talking in an accent and language they don’t understand does anything.

I still havent made my point yet have I ? Oh well, Look out for my book. I’ll be speaking about this issue among others.

I didn’t know clubs have played the first two songs tho I’ve never heard of Cmon Cmon. I could see them playing What Makes You Beautiful. Hey that’s alright if you feel like a knob; you’re like a year younger than me, I’m not a big fan of them but I think their songs are pretty catchy…

& I see your point visiting Africa may seem to help but the reason things won’t change is because of their corrupt government and the lack of education. You’re writing a book about it How will we know it’s by you if we don’t know your name???

That was really a dumb comment though. I though. I thought we had established that 1D had gone international from January 2012.
