McKee ‘Jonas Cancelled Tour Was Shock’

nick-jonas-bear-with-usJonas Brothers tour opener Bonnie McKee told MTV about Jonas cancelling the tour: ‘I was completely surprised; it was literally the day before. All of our stuff had been shipped to the East Coast [for the first show in Pennsylvania]; all of our tickets were booked. We had a bus. We had been rehearsing 10 hours a day, every day, for two weeks. It was a huge shock. They had been in rehearsals literally days before. Everything was on course and fine, so I don’t know. I really don’t know what happened.

Not all is lost and I hope that the Jonas Brothers work it out. I don’t really know exactly what went down, but I know that everyone’s kind of at odds. So I hope that they work it out because I think they’re very talented. Everyone was really disappointed, and it happens, but I have a great show now. So I’m really excited I got something ready. You know, I’m gonna still get some great shows out of all these rehearsals that I did. I’m really excited to get back on stage and play it live for people.’

no jonas brothers are the same why because they cancel the tour and you think they have change ?no you are wrong

  • jmkjonas

Ticket sales weren’t the problem. The venues were selling just fine

If she said they only practiced days before the tour then that’s not really dedicating anything because you can’t set up a tour with days to tour. Many singers start months and months prior… But we really never knew what happened… It sucks. =|

You are misunderstanding her. She is saying that they were still rehearsing just days before the tour. That is why it was such a shock to her, because everything appeared fine up until the last minute. She isn’t saying that they were practicing for the first time in the last few days before tour.

Was it that bad where they couldn’t suck it up and go on with the tour and fix it after? I really want to know what happened. As fans, we deserve an explanation. What a huge disappointment by them. Hope they work it out.

Agree with other comment why not just get it together and to the tour. Sort the problem out later, break up, whatever but dont disappoint fans and inconvenience so many other people who were involved with the tour.
