I don't know how to explain it, but it sure isn't perfect. I thought that the media picked on her in a very horrible way. Kristen is human, just like everybody else, and she's so young. I doubt it, she has been cheated on before though, during one of her first relationships (twice actually, since she took the asshole back and he cheated on her again) so I genuinely doubt that she did/would have ever done that to anyone. She's just saying that Kristen has been attacked beyond reason, which is true, according to what the press was saying about her she might as well had killed a baby or something.

no.... people "picked on her" because she was caught having an affair with a married man with kids...
They didn't just "pick on her" they attacked her in an excessive way, and even though he was the married man with kids and a position of power over her, she has been the only one caught into the media shit. I agree that what she did was wrong, but the media reaction as been disgusting.
Emma is the definition of class.
And this is why I love Emma! I was so happy when she finally won an award for Harry potter, wayyyyy over due.

This is so annoying. Emma is acting like Kristens only getting backlash because she's famous. If Kristen were a normal girl who cheated on her boyfriend with a married man, she would get JUST as much backlash from her circle. This has nothing to do with her being famous. How annoying. Everyone always throws around the "people make mistakes" line as if it makes up for it. It's called JUDGEMENT, or morals. She's young but that's no excuse. I'm younger than her and I could never imagine doing that. If a girl can get away with something like that, i.e. destroying a woman's marriage and becoming a destructive force in two children's lives, then something is seriously wrong with society. People need to get a little backlash in order to identify their action as wrong.
And at the end of the day, she got her boyfriend back and she apparently "doesn't give a fuck" about what people think of her.
a girl can NOT destroy a woman's marriage. the husband does. and the marriage can't be a good one anyway if he feels like cheating.
also.. seriously? it is different because she's famous! I have never seen a local newspaper writing about some cheating girl so the whole area can say what a horrible person she is. it would have been the same if only kristens friends blamed her.

And yet, nobody really knows what happened with this whole "cheating" story. You do realize the media makes up stories all the time to make money right? And that cheating stories like this with photos attached are sometimes staged?
The whole thing in my opinion was a publicity stunt to get talks going about Kristen and Rob who's final movie of the Twilight Saga was coming out around the same time that this whole "affair" went down.
I wish all you fuckers would stop acting like you actually know what went down because unless you know Rob or Kristen personally, you can't say you know what happened or place the blame on anyone. For all you know, this could be a fabricated story to create buzz.

Everyone acts like this is such a huge thing. Emma and Kristen, as well as Jennifer Lawrence, they're all really good friends. She was just defending a friend.
