Taylor Swift HATES Carrie Underwood?
Grammy executives were ordered to keep Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood 'from crossing paths' at the Feb. 10 show 'since they hate each other!' Taylor friend told Us Weekly: 'Taylor feels Carrie is always rude to her, so she steer clear of her.' Grammy rep: 'No requests were received from either artist.'
Taylro will open the Grammys on Sunday. Taylor said: 'What's interesting is we presented this performance to the Grammy committee.. . and they said, 'Okay, cool, you have a performance spot.' And then like a week ago they call us and are like, 'Oh, by the way, you're opening the show. It's not like they approach you.. It just surprised me I was going to go first.'

Actually there are many country stars who DON'T LIKE TAYLOR SWIFT. Probably for the fact that she's not, nor has she ever been, a country artist. She has excellent management and publicist though because they promoted her to the teens in tha genre and that's really what has catapulted her to fame. She's not accepted by most "country fans" though.

most country stars don't HATE taylor swift necessarily, they just find it annoying that she wins all these awards at the CMA's when she has only had like one or two country songs. the rest have been pop. and now she is not even pop, she's more like electropop/dubstep

So how would everyone here know that country artists hate her just because of her winning those awards?? Did they tell you themselves?? Her success started at an early age and she has been criticized for winning those huge awards just because she's young but has never been hated. And in almost every country award show she has been given a standing ovation for her performances or her accomplishments. I never see hate among any country artists, they especially praise her for what she has done to country music and the country community. I still consider her country pop, but I respect that she's finding new ways to venture into other music. No one really knows what goes on behind the scenes of every artists lives so who are we to judge on what goes on in their personal lives.
Just about to make a similar comment. Most country artists must be quite upset and offended by Taylor coming along getting all the country awards when really she is not a country singer and they have paid their dues worked long and hard but get passed over for her. No wonder many of them dont like her!!

this story seems a bit fake but if anything....carrie should hate taylor. taylor isnt country and i knew you were trouble is the most pop-ish song she has to date but its #1 on the country chart. when carrie wins on taylor..her fans are so quick to bash carrie.

Taylor is so much more talented than Carrie that its not even funny. She is probs jelly that Tay stole her thunder.
Before Taylor Swift became famous, Carrie Underwood was my favorite country singer. Now that Taylor and Carrie are feuding, I still like them both as singers. Taylor is pop, I get it but she deserves awards. Just not the country awards since NOT all her songs are country.
