I don't like her voice either. It's strong, but she can't control it, she sounds like she's screaming a lot (especially noticed that after listening to her live in concert) and I don't really enjoy listening to her sing. It takes way more than just being born with a nice voice to be a good singer imo.

Honestly, in show business topping chart means a lot of ass kissing and networking, not necessarily good music. Just amazing marketing teams. Otherwise why would Paris Hilton's music have been on charts, for example? Think about that. Good job to Demi's marketing team, but the song blows.
