Denise is still following Samantha. Denise was cordial with Delta while she was Nick's girlfriend, Denise even posted a picture with Delta on her twitter but I think she thought Delta was too old for Nick, however Samantha was like the ideal girlfriend for his son.
If you review the twitter of Denise, you can see that she follows Danielle (of course), Samantha, Demi and Ashley. This means something to me.
