He probably asked somone to take the pic on purpose and then put on sun glasses. He's not as humble as he says he is . He promotes his charity work because he wants to look like a good person to the public. Sad.

Suddenly seems getting tattoos is getting less cool these days.
He only does the "charity work" because his people tell him to do it and set it up for him to do it, because it makes him look "good". He barely has a say in that charity promoting stuff because its done to promote him (hence why theres tons of pics and news about it when he does it), if it was up to him he wouldnt do it he's just party all day.
There's no doubt he had someone take the picture like he always does because he thinks his fans will drool over it. Nobody gets a tattoo with sunglasses on.
