This is at the Airport coming home to the US......the boys were incredibly offended when a group of Mexican people urinated on them. Hence his "haters gonna hate" post.
Fans all over have been incredibly upset with the bros lately due to lack of music and their personal lives. So the "fans" urinated on them. Security had to come and removed the boys because they were so upset the urine was wasted on the floor.

The boys were in Mexico yesterday doing interviews and promoting MTJ. There was an incident where some people were urinating on them and then they decided to wrap it up early. Joe tweeted Haters Gonna Hate ...I dont know if it was before or after Mexico but obviously because he can feel that fans are upset....so when the Mexican starts urinating on them they decided to just come home to the US. This is a pic of them at the airport coming back. Joe was also overheard calling home to check on his dog Winston. He was most likely speaking to family who were watching him or the vet clinic where they do boarding and possibly talking to his rummored low profile gf Alyeesa the vet.
I'm a dog owner and I have to say that I don't know why Joe ever bothered getting Winston, I'd be curious to know the last time he even saw him. The animal must have attached himself to whoever now cares for him daily and must hardly recognise Joe when he sees him.

I agree, a dog is something that requires commitment and love. I get he has to tour and travel but still, his dog just jumps around from babysitter to babysitter. Maybe that's why he is still in contact with his ex Alyeesa ( the vet) because he knows that she will take good care of Winston for him while he is gone...even if they don'g get back together.
