I hate when people make fun of Miley for being so healthy.
The woman isn't "anorexic". Just because she's not allowing herself to sit down with a platter of fries and chocolate cake like the rest of you fucking fat-ass internet trolls do, doesn't mean she's starving herself.
You guys have NO idea how good it feels to be healthy. Over time, after working out regularly and eating right, you will see you LOOK and FEEL better. But the great thing about a healthy diet and workout plan is that you get INSTANT satisfaction. When you make healthy choices you just automatically feel good about yourself and when you don't, you feel like shit and feel like you need to talk about it, because it's literally THAT devastating to eat so well and then go out of your loop for an unhealthy meal.
Since I've been doing P90X for a year, I've lost 35 lbs and now I'm trying to gain more muscle and I eat so healthy. Eating ONE bad meal makes me feel like shit. A healthy meal makes me feel so good so I TOTALLY get Miley and why she feels the need to share with us when she's gone off her diet plan for awhile.

Actually, eating healthy and occasionally pigging out is a GOOD thing. It's called "muscle confusion". If you constantly eat the same healthy thing, same amount of calories, your body will PLATO and will get used to it and stop burning weight and calories.
You need to eat something high in calories and fat occasionally so your metabolism gets a spike and so you don't get bored from your diet! That's why they say, "have one free day a week where you don't care about what you eat".

Not the same original anon, but she is correct. I'm dieting currently, mainly to keep my weight in check. Some people gain weight faster than others. Now I don't mean significant weight, but enough weight (ie. ~2 pounds a week) if they do not watch what they eat, and moderate with exercise.
Again, there are different forms of exercise. Muscle toning DOESN'T change body weight (it's recommended when you have reached your optimal weight). By looking at her body, she doesn't seem insanely skinny that her ribs are completely poking through, in fact, she has seemed more tone than anything. So I believe she is weight training - which tones your muscles.
The anon talking about diet is correct. I have one day a week, for me it's friday, where I indulge on junk and overeat. It's good, a diet is hard, but a lot of us have to also watch what we eat so we don't develop problems like diabetes later on in our lives.
If you are uninformed about workout routines, or general knowledge, just don't bother combating someone who actually did know what they were talking about in the first place.

i had a friend of mine who would go to the hospital from horrible stomach pain because she had a gluten/lactose allergy. miley doesnt seem to feel that bad.

I think she is trying to be healthy but I'm questioning if she really has a gluten intolerance (apparently there's no such thing as a gluten allergy) or she went gluten free to lose weight. She could have done it to feel better. But I don't think she was completely telling the truth about her having a gluten problem because if you really did, you would avoid gluten and not eat any.

i had a friend of mine who would go to the hospital from horrible stomach pain because she had a gluten/lactose allergy. miley doesnt seem to feel that bad.
