Who even voted in this "survey"? The all-time Disney stars to me are Hilary Duff and Miley Cyrus. Miley is the first one to have a commercial breakthrough to superstardom, she is WAY more talented than Demi. Rehab is the only thing that made Demi relevant.

Saying Demi is irrelevant is going a little too far, because she obviously isn't irrelevant. If she were, she wouldn't have as many fans as she does, or haters as she does, for that matter. But she just isn't a great star. She isn't as experienced, yet her fans make her out to be a god.
