Let's get one thing straight: neither of these girls is a slut. Selena dated the same guy for years, Miley's been with the same guy for years as well (I think, I'm not sure how long their relationships have lasted exactly).
Being engaged or not is completely irrelevant. Some people choose to never get engaged or married and there is nothing wrong with that. On the other hand, there are also many engaged and married couples who sleep around and cheat on each other. Being engaged doesn't mean squat.
Miley desires to be a slut to all the world. In her private life she's probably different. There's the hypocrisy. She uses her fan base to troll; not true to who she really is. No one likes to see that, that isn't a masichist.
