Emma Watson Cinderella Live Action Role
Emma Watson is in early talks with Disney to play the character in the live action adaptation of Cinderella that Kenneth Branagh will direct, reports Variety. Cate Blanchett will play the wicked stepmother. It also considered Gabriella Wilde, Imogen Poots and Alicia Vikander.
In related news, Daniel Radcliffe is in final negotiations to star in Frankenstein, Fox’s revisionist take on the classic horror story by Mary Shelley, reports THR. Radcliffe will play Igor, the hunchback. Described as pathologically dirty, with long hair and wearing old clown clothes. A late-summer production start in the UK is being planned.
