Amanda Bynes New Weight Loss Goal

amanda-bynes-rehabAmanda Bynes, who is at school at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Orange County, arrived at the exclusive Miracles Utah Fitness Retreat on Jan. 4 for a week of six-hour a day workouts and healthy meals, reports People.

Owner of the retreat: ‘She wanted to focus on her health and getting her body back in shape. Her main goal was to lose 5 lbs. and she did.’ In designing a program the center consulted with Bynes and her family. Her mother Lynn remains in indefinite control over Amanda’s well-being after.

At the $3,250-a-week Utah center, Amanda joined a group of 15 others for daily cardio and core exercises, healthy meals and lectures on nutrition and health: ‘She brought a lot of life to the program. She was really funny, fired up and open to anything.’ Snowshoeing in the cold: ‘She led the pack. She was right in the front.’

    Wow that’s seriously so awesome. I wishhh I had the money to do something like that. Not for the purpose of losing weight or anything but it just sounds like a lot of fun.

            aww lol I know!! he is in his “copy cat” phase so literally everything he sees someone do, he is doing. It kills me hahah

            Omg so adorable. Your little boy kills me he’s so cute! My boyfriend is half black and so I always wonder if our kids will have a little afro one day like he gets when his hair grows out haha and your son always makes me think of that

            Probably lol. I’m letting my son’s grow out until I can’t handle it anymore then he will get a cut. It’s a crazy mess, but I’m not ready to let go of his baby hair yet haha. But I think my baby girl ended up with the opposite. It refuses to curl.

            omg don’t do insanity, it can be really bad for your body and your health.
            it’s better to do something like blogilates :)

            How bad? I had to switch things up from gym to home work outs, and insanity seems perfect.

            It can cause kidney damage and rhabdo (muscle cells that go in your blood). I wanted to try it as well since I constantly have to exercise in order to gain weight but they said I better didn’t since it can be extremely damaging for your body.
            That’s why I do blogilates when I can’t go to the gym and it’s free which makes it even better :)

            basically, it’s pilates but on youtube haha this actually what I did when I started working out and trust me, it is freaking amazing! And there are workout calendars so you know which ones to combine so they are more effective.

            Ohhh I do Pilates all the time! I will definitely look into that! How long have you been doing it & what are your results?

            Then you’ll definitely love it! It’s really a lot of fun.
            I did it for one year and a half but then I started going to the gym but I still do it like once or twice a week when I don’t have enough time due to uni.
            It just made me really toned to the point where I was more toned than my exes (guys can not stand it, let me tell you that), gave me a butt which is definitely a miracle, a good condition and it made me look much more healthy instead of anorexic… My main goal was to gain weight which it did but my nutritionist told me it’d be good to also go to the gym to lift weights and sometimes go on the treadmill.
            My sister is doing it as well now, combining it with going to the gym as well, because she is chubby even though she exercises so much and even she is seeing results.
            I seriously feel like I’m selling a product right now haha

            The best thing is that it makes you look toned instead of super muscular like you’re some sort of bodybuilder haha

    She seems like a nice, funny person. Again, I’m glad the got the help she needed. And yeah, hopefully, she’ll go back to making movies, if she feels like it and can stay healthy!

    good for amanda, but im not sure this is the healthiest thing for her because for one she is already skinny, and she had that obsession with being 100 pounds which is not healthy for her height because she is so tall.
