Justin Bieber was looking for a Manhattan property with a private pool to conduct a baptism-like ceremony with the Hillsong Church NYC. Source told New York Post: ‘Justin and his team spent time on Saturday searching for a place with a pool where they could conduct a baptism for him, a cleansing ritual, with the Hillsong Church. But they couldn’t find a place in time.

Justin is serious about his Christian faith, and after recent events, he needed to take a pause.’Bieber, who is believed to have been baptized as a child, is a fan of the megachurch, which has conducted baptisms in the Gansevoort Hotel rooftop pool.

Bieber will continue to be a target of US Customs every time he comes back to the states. Custom’s recently flagged Bieber in New Jersey because he’s on a Homeland Security watch list for his 2 ongoing criminal cases.

I am not condoning his actions and behavior at all, but USA will look like a joke if they really deport him. Then they should have deported all celebrities that did the same shit or even worse ( many did worse ) and all people charged with DUI! Not just someone who public hates because of his recent behavior. People are signing that simply cause they hate him. I cannot take the senator seriously anymore after the fact he is wasting his time on signing a petition to deport Bieber but not taking care of security of citizens on the streets or deporting actual criminals, rapist, drug dealers, killers and the rest people who are ACTUAL threat to everyone. This is just getting so pathetic that I’m ashamed of being American! Literally. Sorry but I am.

You can’t deport someone who’s an American citizen.

      • amy

        He doesn’t have citizenship.

        • threelittlebirds

I know that. The person said to deport every celebrity who breaks the law which lead to my comment.

I think the point was to then deport all celebrities who committed the same as Bieber and worse. They want Bieber out simply cause they hate him.

          • threelittlebirds

I think you’re missing the point of comment. If any other celebrity, say brad Pitt, committed the same crime he can’t get deported because he’s an American citizen. I can’t make this any clearer.

If Justin wants to renewal his baptismal promises that’s his choice. Why do people have to rag on this young man. I think it is great that he wants to get closer to God through this renewal. Justin has always had his beliefs in the Christian Religion. And his renewal is between him and God. God gave all of us the gift a free will. We choose to believe or not; we choose to follow His Commandments or not; to follow His Word and His Will or not. And all of you who keep reading articles to see how far this young AWESOME ARTIST & PERSON is going to fall; maybe you should find something else to do. If Justin is thinking about a renewal of baptism; he is find his way back to the Truth. Because Justin will overcome everything with God’s help. I truly believe that. God bless you Justin

That is a private thing between a person and their faith, and is not up for debate to those who don’t believe in religion. Take your arguments for and against theology elsewhere.

I have no problem with him smoking weed, at the end of the day it’s just weed , neither partying sometimes and having some shots either, getting girls hopefully nice ones and experiencing new loves. Nothing wrong with it, but of course something like getting arrested is wrong and I hope he learns from it. Now he’s moved out of Calabasas and I hope he finds a good place where he won’t have problems with his neighbors and will also have privacy without helicopters flying across his house to take pictures. I really don’t think he needs rehab, he was negative on any hard drugs, he was only positive to weed and Xanax, probably uses them for his depression. He simply needs some chill time and needs to grow the fuck up and get new friends. Nobody goes to rehab for weed really, if he was on cocaine and did shit like shoot someone or beat up a woman he’s in a serious need of help. But since he had some low alcohol in his blood while driving I can pass it and say, just don’t do it again. Rent out a limo or a driver you got money Biebs, otherwise you might die or kill someone else. He just needs some time to go through it, year off is perfect. He isn’t a bad guy, he’s a good dude just making recently wrong decisions along with bad influences and enablers around him. I finally started liking his music, Journals were a good R&B album, don’t mess it up JB ;)

Many people get baptized twice or more times. Hopefully his faith will help him wise up and get back on his track. He was always a very religious person, also his pastor is Judah Smith and he has a close relationship with him. He recently tattooed a cross on his chest, he has Jesus on his leg and a quote from Bible on his back. I really hope it all turns out well and all the drama goes away, he is way too blessed to lose it all for stupid shit.

Just read that Selena went to rehab for two weeks last month because she took Xanax and Ambien and another source says she went there for her mental being (like depression or anxiety, source isn’t sure).

    • thecat61

      And she’s blaming bieber.

It’s true. Atleast E! news reported on it….but I’m glad she got the help before it got bad. She was mature enough to realize she was starting on something potentially dangerous. Makes sense why her tour was cancelled. She was in over her head obviously.

      • laura

But two weeks can’t possibly be enough though. My father needed two years of talking to a shrink for his depression. And two weeks for drug abuse can’t really solve anything either, can it? Seems very very odd.
I think it’s great she got help before it escalated though.

        • Marina And My Diamonds

It depends on how long she was dealing with depression I know her anxiety was bad since she started on Wizards. And you’re right about depression, two weeks isn’t enough time.

          • laura

Even then, two weeks would be way too short. It kind of makes me wonder whether it’s even true.. She can’t probably feel better after only two weeks.

          • Marina And My Diamonds

If you look at recent pictures you can tell something’s up, she looks upset all the time now.

          • laura

Well, she did grow up in the spotlight. Only normal she isn’t feeling too well..

        • Cici

Probably depends on how serious it was…or if she is doing some outpatient stuff or not. She may have just ended up on an anxiety med or something.

          • laura

Could be but that wouldn’t be solving any problems either. She could be doing the outpatient thing though, that seems quite plausible.

  • Marina And My Diamonds

This is private between him and God, this is none of anyone else’s business unless he talks about it.

On another note Mark Warner, no one cares if he’s a belieber or not. He’s just making the US look more foolish. You’re a Senator and this is what you choose to tweet about.

I would love to see a poll about which young celeb is most religious (real or for PR purposes). I suggest Jonas Bros, Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber to start the poll. What other celebs are constantly name-checking God & Jesus?

  • BangBang

If he’s really serious about it then that’s good for him!

If turning to religion is something that he thinks will help, kudos to him. At least (according to article) he’s trying to work this out.
