The X-Factor USA CANCELED!

demi-x-factor-usa-canceledThe X Factor USA has been CANCELED! The last season featured Demi Lovato, Paulina Rubio, Kelly Rowland and Simon Cowell as judges. Simon: ‘I’ve had a fantastic time over the last 12 years, both on The X Factor and American Idol.

And apart from being lucky enough to find some amazing talent on the shows, I have always had an incredible welcome from the American public (most of the time!). Last year, for a number of reasons, I had to make a decision to return to the UK version of The X Factor in 2014.

So for now, I’m back to the UK and I want to thank Fox for being an incredible partner and I also want to thank everybody who has supported my shows. America, I’ll see you soon!’ Are YOU happy or sad that X-Factor has been canceled?

We all knew that was going to happen

    • OCEANUP

if it was renewed bieber was so replacing demi lol

      • Duckyhoward15

He was going to do better than her tbh , I always thought Joe was going to take her place though

        • OCEANUP

actually joe would have been a good choice, he would have been better on xf, the next was lame

          • Duckyhoward15

True but at the other side he was going to flirt with the contestant though , Simone was going to be mad

  • OCEANUP

    i’m crying

    • Queen Amanda Bynes

good thing demi jumped off the sinking ship and decided to tour!

      • woop

lbr if Demi stayed the show still would’ve been canceled anyway tbh

        • Queen Amanda Bynes

lol i know and i think she knew that too, it was a flop and the voice is killing them <3

  • Marina And My Diamonds

    As expected by many.

  • HolyGround

Demi was really the main reason I watched the show, her and Simon were so funny together. The show probably wouldn’t have done good without her anyways.

    • thecat61

That show has been slowly declining the last couple of years.

      • HolyGround

I found it more interesting than American Idol and The Voice, although I don’t really find any of those shows interesting at all lol. I only watched some of the episodes for Demi. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t even have bothered.

  • Shailene Woodley

YOU CANT JUST KEEP DITCHING US FOR THE US VERSION OF THINGS AND THEN COME CRAWLING BACK WHEN ITS NOT WHAT YOU PLANNED.
    THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS.
But I suppose if he kicks Nicole off our version of X Factor then we’re good. I’m praying.

    • OCEANUP

      omg

    • OCEANUP

      <3

  • Dara

I definitely saw this coming. The US doesn’t need any more singing competitions. Seriously, we have The Voice, The X Factor, American idol, The Sing Off, America’s Got Talent (singers shouldn’t even be aloud on that show imo) and The Glee Project, although I don’t evan think that show is still running.
I don’t even watch them anyways. Plus it’s not like any truly successful singers have started out on any of these shows in the past few years (excluding One Direction)

  • slsdd

Frankly, I’d be happy if all these singing competition shows bit the dust.

    • OCEANUP

      it’s like survivor

  • Alii

    Wtf!

    • OCEANUP

      my bff!

      • Alii

        My love!

  • JUG

I was surprised that Demi could not help the X-Factor ratings by bringing fans of her classic TV hits Sonny With A Chance, Camp Rock 1 & 2 & Princess Protection Program.

    • Queen Amanda Bynes

      lol <3 you

    • trololol

      LMAO!

  • Sir Doctor of TARDIS

good!! i hate that kind of shows, they’re so crappy and boring and annoying

  • boystan

    took them long enough

  • boystan

should’ve cancelled it after britney left

  • Queen Amanda Bynes

i was shocked they got a season 3 tbh , when brit left they should have replaced her with a star of that caliber ,but xtina was taken so they had to get 2 flops. not surprised in the slightest.

  • BangBang

I am actually happy Simon’s coming back to the UK version. I was getting tired of Gary…

  • flopus

Thank God, No Surprise, bye Flop Factor
