Justin Bieber Deported If Convicted?

US Immigration: ‘The O-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the individual who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements.’

A person convicted of ‘moral turpitude’ could be deemed ‘inadmissible’ for work status in US And one of the crimes that fall under this is ‘malicious destruction of property.’ If the district attorney files vandalism charges, it could affect applying for his O-1 Permit in 2016.

Meanwhile, White House press secretary Jay Carney has confirmed that the administration is preparing a response to the Justin Bieber deportation peition which has garnered over 250,000 signatures.

    He will not be convicted of felony. He has a good legal team and he generates a lot of taxes for US, he will not get deported. He will be convicted of a misdemeanor and have to pay for the damages and only that.
