Her legs go on for days

She’s amongst the 2% of women that dont have cellulite. She’s one of the lucky ones! Like I see skinny, super skinny girls with cellulite, but Swift truly has none.

That’s probably because those girls eat unhealthy food and don’t exercise. As long as you eat healthy, drink a lot of water and exercise, you won’t have cellulite.
Also, there’s more than 2% of the women that don’t have cellulite..

I read that 98% women of women have cellulite and that only 2% dont have it. Even if you eat healthy and exercise you can still have cellulite, it’s more of a genetic and hormone related problem. So far I’ve only seen two people that dont have cellulite (aside from young kids and men) Karlie Kloss and Taylor.

I’ve always read 40 to 60 percent but maybe it’s different where you live. Quite shocking tbh.
Nah cellulite can easily be helped by exercise but of course there are still women who just have bad luck. Often it is caused by bad eating habits and so it can easily be helped but indeed if you just have bad luck with your genes you can only exercise in the hope that the cellulite will be less visible. But then again, I don’t really think it’s something to be ashamed of. It’s your body and you should be proud of it :)

Cellulite affects all body types. It really has nothing to do with diet or exercise. And I don’t think it’s high as 98% or as low as 60%.

          • laura

One: I know it affects all bodytypes.
Two: in America the percentage is the highest and thus 98% or something while in my country it’s one of the lowest percentages and varies between 40-60% because well women like to lie from time to time when it comes to their body.

“As long as you eat healthy, drink a lot of water and exercise” It sounds so easy but its so hard haha.

        • laura

I feel you :p some days I eat incredibly healthy and others days I just eat a bag of chips haha but then I just drink a liter of water and I’m like ‘yeah I am so freaking healthy woohoo’. We all have our ‘weak’ days :)

          • HolyGround

Same here :) Some days I feel so motivated to work out but then others I just don’t want to move haha. I try to eat as healthy as I can but chocolate is my ultimate weakness and I can’t help it at allll.

          • laura

We try and that’s what counts haha this week I’ve been working out like a mofo while last week all I did was sit in the couch, oh well. Chocolate’s good, eat that chocolate! :p

          • HolyGround

Yepp, thats all that matters! I work out a lot to keep in shape for my sport, but this week I’ve just been taking it so easy. Don’t worry, nothing is going to stop me from eating chocolate…well except for Lent haha

          • uh

My whole life is ‘weak days’, I have healthy days but then im like ‘im short and fat and proud of that’

Accepting your body is the most important thing there is :) as long as you feel comfortable in your body, the rest of the world should be comfortable with it as well, simple as that.

Ugh I love her so much
