Usher Has Defended Justin Bieber After Racist Remarks ‘He Is Unequivocally Not A Racist!’

justin-bieber-shirtless-in-cabo-18Usher has defended Justin Bieber’s racist videos that should have been released years ago to show his true colors: ‘At my core, I am a person that supports growth and understands without judgement, that growth often comes as a result of pain and continues effort.

As I have watched Justin Bieber navigate difficult waters as a young man, I can tell you that he hasn’t always chosen the path of his greatest potential, but he is unequivocally not a racist.

What he was 5 years ago was a naive child who did not understand the negative power and degradation that comes from playing with racial slurs. What he is now is a young man faced with an opportunity to become his best self, an example to the millions of kids that follow him to not make the same mistakes.’

Is usher gonna risk giving up the millions he makes of Justin(e) but pointing out what a prick this racist cunt is shown to be now?
    Probably not.

such an insightful comment!! definitely adds something to the discussion :)

      • Marina And My Diamonds

That’s the point, I’m tired of having to add something to this topic. “Whatever” suits my mood for this right now, but, when I feel a change I will let you know. ;)

        • Ann

No need for being snippy, i was just joking around :p
but that makes sense I guess :)

…. but just pointing it out, you don’t “have to” add anything to any topic on here. nobody has to ;)

          • Marina And My Diamonds

I wasn’t being “snippy.” I’m sorry it came off that way.
I wasn’t adding to this post because I felt obligated. I saw the post, I clicked on it and “whatever” is what I felt at that moment. Mainly because this racism topic is important but tiring.

Is your icon a photo of Taissa Farmiga? I hope so because I LOVE HER.

      • Marina And My Diamonds

        Yes! I like her.

    • Alex

Why aren’t people blaming the parents ?

      • Marina And My Diamonds

I blame the parents fully, well the parent that was present at the time because we all know Jeremy wasn’t exactly.. present. At the time that the first video was made, there are more videos and pics of that same day, with his friends and his mother. You can hear Pattie in the back laughing and then adding to the joke by referencing another pun.

        • Alex

Right, with the second video that was leaked his mother had to see this video, there is no way his mom didn’t see this before when his was 14. A normal parent would deleted that video right away.
The fact that his mother didn’t tell him to stop in the first video but told him to use a different reference shows everything.

          • Marina And My Diamonds

Oh yeah she saw those videos, she’s just as guilty and even more for not correcting him. And by her not correcting him means she was ok with it.

          • Alex

I bet anything she thought him those jokes, I don’t think a child can go to school come and start making racist jokes and parents not stop it.
I saw a comment somewhere saying his mom at first didn’t want to work with scooter because he was Jewish.

          • Marina And My Diamonds

I heard about that too! She’s so shady, this whole time I really thought she had a good head on her shoulders. Fooled me.

  • I went there.

Of course he supports him. Justin was an little child, could barely walk, was practically a newborn that didn’t know right from wrong even though he did it more than once. Usher and every jackass that supports him, black or not, is never getting a dime of my money. I’m sick of people defending racists. Screw him.

  • Cali

    Oh really? *sarcasm*×540/fit/hostedimages/1401881976/9862416.gif

He’s been with him for years now he’s not gonna say anything against him when bieber’s made him money.

This is getting boring now. We get it, move on.

  • dancer145

Nobody said he was racist. But people need to stop saying that just because he was 14-15 he didn’t know better that total BS. What made it worse is that he made a joke about the whole thing. And he has kept making stupid decisions and people keep defending him and he doesn’t learn his lesson. He’s a big boy and knows right from wrong theres a different between being 20 and having fun and being stupid like he is.

I grew up in small town upper Midwest and there were no minorities in our town. Slavery, the KKK and similar were just words. They had no meaning to me. I didn’t encounter a minority individual until middle school and didn’t run into discrimination or prejudice until high school. It wasn’t right, but I had never run into it before. So, I can understand when Justin says he didn’t understand at age 14 or 15 and I can believe him because I didn’t either. Again, it is not right to discriminate or be prejudiced, but I am able to understand when he said he didn’t know.

  • JUG

Usher knew about these two racist videos 4/5 years ago and chose to say nothing in order to protect Justin’s career and his financial interest in that career. That’s the untold story here. The lows that an already successful celeb will go to protect his investment. Shame on Usher.

people need to get over this geez

  • moonlight

i never expected justin to come this far…. he seems quite a good boy when he was young, even though i never liked him but then after he was in this entertainment business….. he did drugs and that, so sad. really so sad, he is still young and if you look at his face ,you will quickly say ” oh man that kid does drugs” , he look so homeless….hope he can find some love or idk what else he will need…. people who really be friend with him and make him be focus on his career and life.

  • casey

how is Justin a “racist”. 90% of the people he hangs out with are black, I doubt he wants to secretly stab all of his friends. He was a 14 yr old idiot saying some jokes he thought were funny which clearly werent.

saying a word doesnt make you a racist. your actions do. so unless I see him wearing a white hood i cut him slack. people should calm down and stop being so annoyed about insignificant b.s. I’m black, and I’m not concerned with this dumb shit or donald sterling or any of that nonsense. I’m more concerned about the lack of education opportunities, healthy eating, job discrimination, and my own people keeping me down/committing violent acts against one another more than I am about some rich white men saying words.
