On Friday, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of the Tri-Counties issued a statement regarding a high volume of complaints about Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics product line. In their statement, the BBB announced that the organization has received 70 complaints against Kylie’s company since opening a file on the business March 8. This is reportedly the most complaints any company in the Tri-County area north of LA has received in that time.
In the days since the initial statement, the BBB has issued an official Consumer Alert for Kylie Cosmetics. “Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company’s customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected,” the alert reads.
“The company has informed the BBB that they confirm the weight of items shipped prior to shipping but the allege that because of highly-recognizable labeled packaging, containers are being opened and products removed,” the alert continues. “The company has informed BBB that they will soon be changing the labels on their packages.” Kylie Cosmetics has a “C” grade from the BBB on their “Business Review.”
