Demi Lovato Discusses Embracing Her Sexier Side And Ending Her Six-Year Relationship

Demi Lovato for Glamour mag-1Demi Lovato’s cover story in the November issue of Glamour Magazine has already made headlines thanks to the singer calling out Taylor Swift. However, the singer also took a moment to open up about embracing her sexy side and ending her relationship with ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.

Over the past year, the singer has been very vocal about loving her body and has even been wearing more revealing outfits during her live performances. She previously judged artists like Christina Aguilera for doing the same. “I thought, Her mom’s gonna hear that—how is she not embarrassed?,” she says.

With songs like “Body Say,” Demi has learned to embrace her sexual side. She’s also made it a point to create sexual music from the female perspective, as if Janet Jackson, Lil Kim, Beyoncé and Britney Spears haven’t already done that.

Demi credits Nick Jonas as the reason for embracing her sexier sound and also calls the singer her wingman. That’s something she’ll need now that she is no longer in a relationship with Wilmer Valderrama, who was there for her for many of her mental health issues. “Being sick was always a part of my relationship with him,” she says about her six-year relationship with the actor. “I always had something wrong with me. I needed to let go of that.”

The singer seems to be doing fine in the dating department. She has been linked with a few men since her split with Wilmer and has even been flirting with actress Bella Thorne.

The picture for the arcticle looks nothing like her. The ones she’s smiling remind me of her younger self (so pretty). I love her freckles.
