Demi Lovato is known the world over for her impressive set of pipes (and ability to start Twitter beefs out of thin air). Christmas day, the pop star pulled up a chair for a special BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge appearance. After playing a comedy critic, Demi sang “Skyscraper” from her 2011 album “Unbroken” and things got rough.
In a teaser clip shared by BBC Radio 1, Demi struggles to maintain control of her pitch as she reaches into her upper register. It isn’t the first time she’s struggled through a live performance and likely won’t be the last.
