Aaron Carter chatted with OK! about his ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan's legal trouble: 'It hurts me to see that. I hope she can really learn something from this. They are going to make an example of you now, Lindsay, and you deserve it. You don’t get in the car with two people and go chasing after your assistant going a hundred miles an hour down PCH. I don’t know what to say about it anymore.

I’m pissed! If I had a chance to talk to her, she would probably end up trying to attack me or something, because the things that I would have to say would be very blunt and not what everybody else has told her. I haven’t gotten a chance to talk to her because she knows that if I did, I’m the only one who would be real because her to everybody else [is], ‘Oh, Lindsay! You’re a star!' Not me. I’ve been doing it my whole life, sweetheart. I don’t need you.

There were times when you needed me, so don’t forget that. I dated her when I was 12, 13 years old. [Lindsay now is] not the Lindsay I know. I see somebody who is washed out, puffy. That’s not who I know. She used to stand outside the gates of my concerts to get in and I would let her in when we were dating, when the only thing she did was Parent Trap. 30,000 girls outside my concerts and she was in the front, waiting to get in. When I knew her at that point, she was fine.

But when she set foot in LA was when everything came crashing down. I don’t live in LA I live in Miami. And look, I’ve got color in my face. I’m healthy! I’m sober. You know what my first thing would be? I would go get her dad. Michael Lohan is a very good man. He was thrown under the bus very bad by that family. It takes a man to keep a family strong sometimes. I would go and find her dad. I wouldn’t even care about finding her mother.'

Aaron Carter, 22, is engaged to marry student/ dancer girlfriend Maile Hochuli, 19, reports Star. A friend dished: 'Aaron took Maile to the movie Alice in Wonderland, which she has been dying to see. She didn't get to see the end of the movie though because Aaron got down on a knee and proposed..

..with a beautiful pear shaped diamond ring! Maile was completely overjoyed and said yes immediately!' Aaron and Maile have been friends for years, but only started seriously dating at the beginning of 2010. Aaron was previously was engaged to former Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche for a week in 2006. Maile is making plans to move to Miami to be with Aaron.
