Caesar Brantley was arrested on suspicion of stalking Aly & AJ Michalka after he showed up outside their Calabasas, CA home early Thursday. 78violet had a restraining order against him and authorities were alerted when he was seen..
..outside the gated community, reports TMZ. Security guards turned him away and he was arrested by police and then later charged with felony stalking and a misdemeanor violation of the restraining order.

The CW renewed 'Life Unexpected' & 'One Tree Hill' plus picked up 'Nikita' & 'Hellcats', reports Variety. 'Melrose Place' was canceled. 'Nikita' stars Maggie Q as a kick-ass spy and assassin. Warner Bros. 'Hellcats' centers on a college student played by Aly Michalka who's forced to join cheerleading squad when her scholarship ends.
