Amanda Bynes Tweeted: 'Don't believe the reports about me being arrested. It's all lies. I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me.
He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive.
I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn't let me. The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That's why the judge let me go. Don't believe any reports.'

Amanda was arrested on Thursday night for allegedly smoking pot in her lobby and tossing a bong out her 36th-floor New York apartment window. A neighbor told PEOPLE: 'She just stares at people. Her eyes look really messed up. It's very clear [to me that] she's not just smoking pot. When you see her, you're nervous to even be in the elevator with her.
Sometimes she's really dressed up, studded Louboutins and white jeans but with tanning lotion all over her and carrying her big gold bag. Other times she is so insanely disheveled in Adidas flip-flops and sweats with her hair all messed up. Amanda is literally never sober. Being on all these pills has become the usual to her so she finds her behavior normal, but her reality is completely altered. When she’s high, or even coming down from high she becomes extremely paranoid.
Her parents wanted her to go to a psychiatric hospital to deal with her mental health issues, which include hearing voices. They don’t believe her 'problem is rooted in an addiction to drugs..

Amanda Bynes Arrest/ In Psychiatric Ward
Amanda Bynes was arrested by police in her New York apartment on Thursday night and taken into custody for a psychiatric evaluation, reports NBC News. She threw a bong out the window of her apartment when police arrived at the scene, who were responding to a report of a disorderly person.
She was arrested on charge of reckless endangerment, a crime under New York state law that is said to happen after an individual creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. Amanda was taken to Roosevelt Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, before being moved to a Midtown police station. Jonathan Jaxson told Radar Online:
'I got police to be able to go to her home. I am told they found drugs and other things. I had proof she was suicidal. There were text messages and other things. I repeated all of this to the NYPD and they took it seriously. Amanda had called me and we had a private conversation, but it was clear to me that she was high on drugs, Then, she said that she didn’t want to live anymore. I took that as that she wanted to kill herself. I freaked out.'
NYPD has not confirmed any report of a suicidal person and law enforcement sources told NBC News they were responding to a report of a disorderly person. According to FOX News, Amanda was arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana in the lobby of her building. Authorities charged her with tampering with evidence, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession, police said.
NOTE: Amanda was rejected from a private jet flight at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey this weekend, reports TMZ. Amanda, wearing a velour jumpsuit and giant glasses, showed up at the private jet terminal on Sunday for a flight to LA.
The pilot was checking passenger IDs, her driver's license was suspended and she had no other form of government ID. She then ordered him to Google her as proof, screaming, ''I'm Amanda Bynes!' Pilot tried to get an exemption for her, but in the end no ID, no flight.

I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him! They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes. I have to sue because that's not my apartment, those aren't my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone's body to ruin my life!
I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that's not me! I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! I look like a different person now that I had surgery! Why did they put an old shot of me on the cover? I don't look like that anymore! I only want photos of my gorgeous new nose on the cover of tabloids and real magazines! The photos in this issue are fake and mocked up! I don't care enough to keep talking about it. Just assume that I fucked the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they fucking hate me!
