Amanda Bynes, 'I'm A Retired Millionaire'

In Touch claimed Amanda Bynes, 26, paraded around a New York City tanning salon recently wearing nothing but her goggles. She looked 'painfully thin and she seemed totally out of it. [She] didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked.' Employee: 'Amanda comes in frequently and is always polite.
She usually just in and out.' Amanda told Us Weekly: 'I'm suing In Touch for printing a fake story. I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.' She is currently facing a DUI, two hit-and-run charges and two charges for driving with a suspended license.

Amanda Bynes, 'I'm Moving To New York'

Amanda Bynes told PEOPLE: 'I am doing amazing. I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line. I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false.'
Source: 'People around Amanda are really concerned about her. She tells people she doesn't party or drink. She doesn't realize she has a problem. On Wednesday her attorney, Richard Hutton, appeared in a Beverly Hills courthouse where the judge denied a $50,000 bail request from prosecutors for her April DUI arrest.
At the hearing, however, the judge said if Bynes breaks any road rules going forward, a high but unspecified bail amount will be imposed, reports TMZ. Her parents have now relocated to LA to save her.
Bynes Parents Coming, Lohan Arrested

Former teen star train wrecks Amanda Bynes' and Lindsay Lohan's competition for media headlines is heating up! Lindsay Lohan was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident early this morning after allegedly hit a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan, reports TMZ. Lindsay was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old man shortly after midnight.
Lindsay passenger checked the vehicle for damage then they went inside the hotel. Lindsay is telling friends she had no idea she hit anybody and it wasn't until she came out and got arrested that she knew anything was going on. Lindsay said no one got out of the car and the incident was 'really fishy' because the man didn't appear to have any visible injuries and feels she's the victim of a set up. She's not going to let the incident go and is planning on fighting it.
Surveillance video of the Lindsay accident appears to show her accuser was exaggerating. Lindsay's accuser says she was 'slurring' her words and reeked of booze. Someone called police while Lindsay was insid and when she walked out of the hotel, around 2:30AM ET, officers arrested her.
Lindsay was taken into custody she frantically screamed, 'Call my dad! Call my dad!' Lindsay was taken to the station, fingerprinted, photographed and booked for leaving the scene of an accident, a misdemeanor, alcohol was not involved. The alleged victim was hospitalized
Amanda Bynes' parents have abruptly moved from their Texas home and moved to California to take care of Amanda, reports TMZ. Source said they do NOT want conservatorship but to be near their daughter as a support system. Her parents are adament that Amanda does not have mental issues or a substance abuse problem. Amanda was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Amanda Bynes Locked In Dressing Room

Amanda Bynes went shopping yesterday in at KIN in West Hollywood and locked herself in a dressing room for 1 hr. 45 min, reports TMZ. She took some clothes inside the fitting room and the clerks heard a banging sound coming from inside the dressing room every 10 minutes or so.
One clerk made a distress call to another employee, saying he was concerned about Amanda being hold up for so long. The employee drove to the store to help, but Amanda wouldn't come out, telling them, 'I need more time.' Amanda finally came out at around 5:30 PM, went to the register and bought a pair of stilettos, a pair of sunglasses and a few other things.
As Amanda walked out she noticed she had tried on a bathing suit top that was underneath her dress and told the clerk she forgot it was on. Amanda then paid for the suit. She saw the paparazzi before leaving and then asked the clerk to call her a cab. It's unclear how she arrived at the store.

Amanda Bynes was pulled over by police and had her car impounded, police sources told TMZ. Lindsay Lohan is PISSED OFF! Mandy was pulled over in her black BMW around 9 AM in Burbank, CA. Cops ran her license they discovered it was suspended. Cops impounded the vehicle and issued her a misdemeanor ticket for driving on a suspended license.

Amanda Bynes Serious Mental Issues?

Several people from Amanda Bynes' gym, Equinox in West Hollywood, told TMZ that she has been showing increasingly alarming signs of delusional behavior. Amanda came to the gym Thursday looking dazed and began speaking with herself, making comments and then answering back.
Another person says when Amanda was on the elliptical, she would stop suddenly and start 'laughing hysterically for no reason.' She did this periodically throughout her workout. This person says he's seen her dozens of times in the last few months, and says it's apparent her condition is 'deteriorating.'
One neighbor said he observed her having long conversations with inanimate objects. Another person says people in her condo complex are aware of her condition and her conduct but haven't called her friends or relatives or authorities because they just don't want to get involved.
Amanda Bynes Is 'Extremely Dangerous'

LA patrol officers are now on alert because they fear Amanda Bynes' driving habits have turned deadly, reports TMZ. Pix of Mandy smoking pot in her car HERE! They explain a lot about Amanda's alleged hit-and-runs. One cop with many years of experience as a patrol officer:
'She's on the same road as my wife and kids and I'm scared about getting a call in the middle of the night that my little one is dead. She's addicted to something and she's driving a deadly weapon and is going to kill someone. It scares the s**t out of me. The public should be afraid of her.
From looking at the photos, and what she's smoking, she has no sense of reality. If she's not stopped she's gonna kill someone. She is going down a road that she cannot come back from when she injures or kills someone. The photos don't surprise me at all.' A veteran motor cop says on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being extremely dangerous, Amanda is easily a 10.
Amanda Bynes Pulled Over W/ No License

Tragic teen star Amanda Bynes was pulled over in LA last night after her driver's license was suspended for driving without her headlights on, reports TMZ. She was given a verbal warning and sent away.
Prior to this she had two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges and also refused to take a breathalyzer after being arrested for DUI, which comes with an automatic 1-year license suspension if convicted.
