AnnaSophia Robb Carrie Bradshaw Role

AnnaSophia Robb will star as Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex And The City prequel pilot The Carrie Diaries for The CW, reports EW. She’ll play the role made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker in HBO series. Carrie recently starred in Soul Surfer and it also playing Wendy in an upcoming remake of Peter Pan.
Anna joins Stefania Owen (Running Wilde) who will play Bradshaw’s 14-year-old sister Dorrit in the show, which is set during Bradshaw’s high school years in the 1980s. Executive producers: Amy B. Harris, Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage, Len Goldstein, Candace Bushnell, Miguel Arteta.

AnnaSophia Robb and Aaron Eckhart will star in a new film that is a dark spin on Peter Pan, reports Screen Daily. Eckhart plays Hook, Captain Hook character reimagined as a tormented former detective on the trail of a childlike kidnapper.
AnnaSophia will portray Wendy the lone survivor who leaves an asylum to help in the hunt. Sean Bean has been cast as Smee the chief detective & Hook’s only ally on the force.
