Vanessa Hudgens Sues Over NAKED Pix

Vanessa Hudgens is suing the owners of MoeJackson.com for the publication of photos of Nessa posing nude, according to TMZ. Her lawyers battled to have the photos removed from the web and now she's taking legal action because they won't take them down.
Vanessa took a series of 'self portrait photographs' in a private home with a cell phone. Vanessa copyrighted her naked pictures with the US Copyright Office, so it's illegal to post them without her consent. The legal papers stated:
'The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent.' This is Vanessa's second naked pictures scandal so far.
