Cousin 'Chris Brown Was Provoked'

Chris Brown's cousin, Phylicia Thompson, has come to the his defense over the alleged Rihanna attack. She revealed to Extra: 'Chris was not brought up.. to beat on a woman. So it had to be something to provoke him for Chris to do it. He wouldn't have done is just to be having fun..
But what happens behind closed doors, nobody ever knows. He might feel down right now because his fans are looking down on him, like he's done something wrong. Of course, yes, he's done something wrong because..
..he put his hands on her, but like I said, you don't know what happened. He had to be provoked to do it. Chris would never have done it. Everybody loved Chris.. This comes as a surprise to me.. He was never a troubled child.'
On growing up with Chris: 'It was fun. Me and Chris were close in age. He practically lived with us.. It was pretty cool growing up with Chris.. We had so much fun. He was just an active child... He liked to dance. He liked to sing. He liked to play sports.'

Remember when I wrote about how getting up very early in the morning is a bad part of being in show business. Well attending award shows where you meet celebrities that you have been watching on TV for your whole life..
..people like Halle Berry, Denzel Washington, Whitney Houston, well this is one of the good parts.
Some people that I want to meet tonight are Beyonce [I met her sister Solange before she was cool] I actually met Kanye once before he told me how much he liked Akeelah and The Bee.
Maybe I can talk him into doing a song or 2 on my new CD, he's probably too busy, but hey maybe he will show me some Chi -Town love. I want to meet Diddy because he is so smart and just seems to have so much drive and energy that's something that people say I have too..

Nick Jonas On NILEY, 'I Was 14.. I Just Consider It A Young Little Relationship.'

Nick Jonas confessed details about his relationship with Miley Cyrus to David Letterman: 'We went on tour with Miley. Again, going back to the ups and downs, I think that I was 14, so it's, you know, I was pretty young, so I think you can just consider it a young little relationship.'
Letterman then brought up singer Taylor Swift, 'Does that ring a bell here?' Joe, 'No, um, yeah, you know, we didn't work out. [Audience laughs] Yeah, it's funny now, but try saying that when you're 62.'
Joe talked about being in 'La Boheme' on Broadway, which was in production
next door to the Ed Sullivan Theater, where 'Late Show' is taped. Joe revealed, 'There were about 16 kids in the cast and we would look across and the only dressing room we could
see was Paul Shaffer's.. so the whole cast was like, 'There's this old
man changing next door.
Then Letterman talked about
the boys' success. Joe: 'I mean, we're living a lot of people's dreams. You know, there's so many people even a lot older than us
that really want to be able to do this and we've just been blessed to
be able to do it when we're young. I'm sitting right here.'
